Welcome to a softer way of Motherhood.
Guided support for mothers who want to parent with regulation, confidence, and connection.
Motherhood wasn’t meant to be done alone.
Somewhere between survival mode, overwhelm, and the pressure to be everything, we lose touch with our own nervous system, our identity, and the softer version of motherhood we long for.
This space is here to help you slow down, regulate, and reconnect — not by striving or fixing, but by uncovering what’s already inside you.
You’re not broken.
You’re becoming steadier, safer, and more yourself.
The Mindful Moments Method
A framework rooted in nervous system safety, connection, gentle structure, and meaningful repair.
You learn your nervous system patterns, how to downshift overwhelm, and how to build safety in your body. This becomes the foundation for calmer days, softer reactions, and emotionally safer parenting.
You learn new relational, emotional, and parenting responses rooted in nervous-system support rather than fear, yelling, or shutdown.
You reconnect with identity, intuition, faith, inner child, emotional patterns, and the version of yourself buried under survival.
You gain the tools and rhythms to build real, supportive mom friendships and community — restoring the support structures most modern mothers lack.
You’re The Mom Who….
wants to learn better tools and be calmer and more grounded… but most days still feel like constant reaction mode. You’re juggling a hundred invisible tasks, crashing at night and zoning out when you wish you felt truly present. You love your kids so much, but your voice still rises, the shame hits after, and a quiet part of you is tired of doing this alone and longing for a truer sense of “village.”
This Space Is For The Mother Who:
Feels like she’s living in constant reaction mode, responding to everything and everyone instead of intentionally leading her day
Notices herself snapping, shutting down, or people-pleasing, then replaying it all with guilt and self-judgment
Is curious about nervous system work
Wants to reconnect with herself—her identity, intuition, and faith—beneath the noise and expectations
Craves real community and honest conversations with other moms
Longs to be calmer and more peaceful and wishes that the grounded version of you was your normal, not a rare or based on circumstances
What Starts To Feel Different
When you begin to slow down, get supported, and practice new ways of relating to yourself and your child, things don’t become perfect—but they do become different. Little by little, your days start to feel less like constant fire-fighting and more like something you’re actually allowed to enjoy.
You might begin to notice:
More moments where you pause, breathe, and choose your response instead of snapping, even when things are chaotic
Evenings that feel softer and more connected, not just a crash-and-zone-out blur
A clearer sense of what you need to feel regulated and how to honor that without abandoning your kids
A growing confidence in the tools you’re learning, because you understand why you react the way you do and how to support yourself differently
The ability to notice and name your patterns in real time, and take intentional action instead of staying stuck in automatic reactions
More and more moments where you’re modeling regulation and purposeful repair—being a calm coach and safe place for your child, even after hard moments
Small, practical shifts that make your home rhythm feel calmer, more predictable, and easier to live inside of
More genuine, everyday connection with your child, even when the day is messy or imperfect
A deeper sense of trust in yourself as a mom, instead of constantly wondering if you’re failing
Friendships that feel like a real village—doing life together, not just one more playdate to squeeze into an already full week

Meet Shelby
Hi, I’m Shelby—a mom, cancer survivor, and former Montessori teacher with a background in child developmental psychology and education, and years of experience as a family support practitioner. I’ve also walked through severe postpartum mood disorders like rage and depression and have had to learn, from the inside out, how to mother from a softer, more grounded place. My work braids together what I’ve studied, what I’ve seen in families, and what I’ve personally had to wrestle with in my own home.
I know what it’s like to hit the end of the day completely emptied out—body buzzing, mind racing, replaying the moments you snapped and thinking, “It’s not supposed to feel this hard.” I’ve lived the burnout, the constant edge-of-tears feeling, the shame after raising my voice, and the quiet grief of realizing you’re doing most of it alone. I remember looking around and wondering where the village was, and why motherhood felt more like surviving than the connected, peaceful life I imagined.
In my own healing, I began to understand my patterns and reactions, learn tools that actually worked in real life, and slowly become the calmer, more grounded mom I wanted to be—most of the time, not just on a good day. That work became the Mindful Moments Method™: a way of supporting mothers that is honest, gentle, body-aware, and deeply practical.
In our work together, I’m not here to fix you. I’m here to sit beside you, help you understand what’s really happening inside, and walk with you as you practice new ways of responding—to yourself, to your child, and to your life. You bring your real story; I bring my lived experience, tools, and steady support. We build something new together.
How This Works
In Three Steps
If your heart is saying, “I want this,” here’s the good news: getting started is simple. A few small, intentional steps are all it takes to begin shifting your days from constant reactivity to something softer, steadier, and more you.
Fill out a short inquiry form to tell me about your season of motherhood, what feels hard, and what you’re hoping might feel different. There are no perfect answers here—just your honest experience.
Step 1 - Share You’re Season
I’ll reach out personally to set up a gentle, no-pressure 20-minute call. We’ll talk through what’s coming up for you, I’ll answer questions, and together we’ll sense whether this work—and which package—fits your capacity, budget, and needs right now.
Step 2- Connect With Me
If it feels like a yes for both of us, we’ll choose Bloom, Blossom, or Flourish and schedule your first session. From there, we move slowly and intentionally—focusing on regulation, real-life tools, and small shifts that actually fit your days, not someone else’s ideal.
Step 3- Begin Your Journey
-
No. This is coaching and education, not therapy. I don’t diagnose or treat mental health conditions. Our work is about support, skills, and intentional change in your everyday life as a mom. It can sit alongside therapy beautifully, and if I ever feel you’d be better supported with a therapist, I’ll say that with care.
-
It all begins with an idea. Maybe you want to launch a business. Maybe you want to turn a hobby into something more. Or maybe you have a creative project to share with the world. Whatever it is, the way you tell your story online can make all the difference.
-
Our work is meant to lighten your load, not pile on more. We move at a pace that honors your capacity, choose a package that fits your season, and focus on small, doable changes. Many moms say they feel more supported and less alone almost immediately, before anything else in their life changes.
-
I work with moms in many different seasons—from little years to school-age and beyond. The common thread isn’t your child’s age; it’s that you’re ready to understand yourself more deeply, respond more intentionally, and create a home that feels a bit softer and more connected for everyone.
